Overview
Use Signal Marketing Ltd provides digital services that are delivered immediately or near-immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital products and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, our services are non-refundable once delivered.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the service will begin immediately and that you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period.
Free Website Service (Monthly Hosting)
- The monthly hosting fee is non-refundable.
- Your website is designed and built as part of the service. The design is provided free of charge; the monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, and support.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
- Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline. If you have not completed 12 months of continuous paid service, you do not retain ownership of the website design or domain.
Add-On Services
- Expedited build (fast turnaround): Non-refundable. This is a priority processing service delivered within the stated timeframe.
- Logo design: Non-refundable once design work has commenced.
- Professional email setup: Non-refundable once the email account has been created.
- Other add-ons: Non-refundable once delivered or once work has commenced.
Custom Projects
For bespoke website design and development projects with individually quoted pricing:
- Payment is structured in milestones (e.g. deposit, mid-project, final payment).
- Once a milestone payment has been made and work on that phase has commenced, that payment is non-refundable.
- If you wish to cancel a custom project before a particular milestone has begun, only the payment for that unstarted milestone may be refunded.
- A clear scope of work and payment schedule will be provided before the project begins.
Disputes and Exceptions
If you believe there has been a billing error, or if you are genuinely dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us at team@signal.marketing. We will review your case individually and may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund, service credit, or alternative resolution.
We are committed to providing a high-quality service and will always try to resolve any issues before they reach the point of a refund request.
Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, we may suspend your website until the outstanding balance is settled. Suspended websites can be reactivated upon payment of any outstanding fees.
